Judge not.

It is incredibly hard to practice a totally non judgmental existence.  We judge everything, and we do it every day.  We question the most ridiculous of things.

Who put that there? Why?

Who did this? Why?

Why is he doing that?

Why did she wear that?

What was he thinking?

Even those questions are judgments in disguise.  We are constantly concerning ourselves with outside factors. Since reading the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, I have tried to put in place some practices that will ultimately de-clutter my brain.  So far I have failed miserably.  BUT! At least I am aware and trying! It’s a step in the right direction.  :)

I will practice silence & meditation every day.
I will commune with nature in some way, daily.
I will begin each day by saying, “Today I shall judge nothing that occurs.”
